Temperature Service is a locally owned and operated family business in Indianapolis, Indiana. We have met and exceeded our customers’ expectations since 1994 with service offerings in both commercial and residential heating, cooling, and refrigeration.
Our technicians are trained to handle your heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration needs, from routine maintenance to the most complicated service and installation calls.
We value our relationships with our customers and strive to provide superior, consistent, and reliable service. Our technicians don’t work on commission because we strongly believe in extending the life of your heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration equipment and fostering long-term relationships through honesty and integrity.
The Temperature Service Team
MIKE WHITE
President and Owner
Mike started his HVAC career with the family business upon its inception in 1994. Over the course of 30 years, he has worked in every facet of the company – from gopher to installer, service technician to office management – much like the path his dad and predecessor took some 30 years prior. He is now President and owner and personally manages the commercial and residential departments to ensure Temperature Service continues its dedication to customer service and satisfaction.
DAVE WOLFORD
Vice President and Head of the Commercial Install Department
Dave began his career in the HVAC industry by attending the heating, cooling, and refrigeration program at ITT Tech, graduating in 1987. After a few short years, he started at Temperature Service, beginning his tenure of over 30 years with the company. He started in the field as an installer and in the sheet metal shop fabricating ductwork. He is now Vice President and oversees the construction and installation side of Temperature Service.
JORDAN COX
Residential and Commercial Service Manager
Jordan entered the HVAC industry in 2013, hired as a service technician with Temperature Service. Earning a degree in electronics engineering, he previously worked in various industries, from servicing semi-truck scales to repairing cable TV and telephone testing equipment. With his background, he could quickly adapt to the different aspects of HVAC systems. In the ten years since hiring, he has worked as an installer, new construction lead, and service technician before being promoted to his current position as the Service Manager of both the commercial and residential departments.
DAMIEN RIEGER
Head of the Residential Install Department
Damien started his HVAC career with Temperature Service in 2019 shortly after he moved his family from Australia to Indianapolis. His work experience in Australia included warehouse management, security doors/systems, Telecommunication wiring and bathroom and cabinet installation. He started with Temperature Service in the commercial installation department and over his first 5 years worked himself up into a lead installer in both commercial and residential departments. He is now working as the Head of the Residential Installation Department.
Nuna
Head of Security
Nuna has zero knowledge of heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration, but she takes her job at Temperature Service seriously. Since her hire in 2010, she has worked her way up from Door Greeter and Squirrel Chaser to Head of Security. As such, she warns everyone in the office of potential sales threats and ensures every visitor to the office is properly inspected if given the opportunity.
Where we came from
After many years of preparing, 2010 marked the long-deserved retirement of Bill White, and Mike took the reins as the new President and Owner.
“After 26 years in business, this rebranding breathes some exciting life into the company for me,” said Mike. “We’ve built an incredible network of loyal customers, and we look forward to continuing to exceed their expectations under our new brand.”
